E. Twan S. Crawford (ESC) Has been using and supporting Apple products since the first “Apple Macintosh” (Macintosh 128K) appeared on the computing Scene. Since then, he has held and worked in several creative, digital, studio, and production roles, such as artist, photographer, manager, and director. In each position he found that Windows support teams knew very little about the needs of a creative or Mac computing environment. These teams tried to either force a square peg into a round hole, or simply provided no support. Seeing this trend in many companies E. Twan decided he would specialize in supporting creative and production businesses who were receiving subpar or no technology support, making sure production and studio artists got the help and advice they needed.
