Discovery Session – No Charge
If you’re in need of an exploratory conversation or have questions about your Apple devices, planned upgrades, equipment purchases, support needs or any other technology concern, we can discuss at no charge. If you decide you would like to start a project or utilize my services, we can move to next steps.
Hourly Rate:
The current hourly rate is $130 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. For on-site services, there’s a 1 hour minimum, and a half hour minimum for remote sessions.
Note; Travel costs are billed for trips that are one hour or longer.
Project Pricing and ongoing services:
Large projects are not billed by the hour but are quoted based on the scope of the project. These types of services would include, setting up a new Mac system, implementing a backup strategy, deploying Network Attached Storage, or providing ongoing support, like managed services. Once we develop the details and scope of the project you’ll be presented with a Scope of Work (S.O.W) document explaining the work to be done, my fees, and any hardware or software that’s required to complete the job. This will show the final price prior to work beginning and give you the opportunity to sign off or make changes. Work will not begin until you accept and sign off on the S.O.W
